As data controller, we at Dark Stone use this privacy and personal data protection policy to explain which of your personal data is processed and why, with whom and why it may be shared, our processing methods and legal grounds, and your rights regarding the data we process.

Personal Data Collected, Method and Legal Basis

Your IP address and user-agent information are processed solely for analysis purposes, through cookies and similar technologies, by automated or non-automated means — and sometimes obtained from third parties such as analytics providers, advertising networks, search information providers and technology providers — and are recorded, stored and updated within and for the duration of our service and contractual relationship, on the basis of legitimate interest.

Purpose of Processing

The personal data you share with us is processed and updated, solely through analysis and in a proportionate manner for the duration of the contract and service, in order to fulfil the requirements of our services as well as possible, to ensure you can access and make the most of them, to improve our services according to your needs, to connect you with broader service providers within the legal framework, and to meet legal obligations (such as sharing personal data with judicial and administrative authorities on request).

To Whom and Why Data May Be Transferred

Your personal data may be transferred — provided the necessary technical and administrative measures are taken — to third parties, institutions and organisations in Türkiye and abroad from whom we receive or to whom we provide services, with whom we have a contractual relationship or cooperate, and to judicial and administrative authorities on request.

Your Rights as a Data Subject

Under Article 11 of the KVKK, everyone may apply to the data controller to:

  1. learn whether their personal data is processed;
  2. request information if their personal data has been processed;
  3. learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used in line with that purpose;
  4. know the third parties in Türkiye or abroad to whom personal data is transferred;
  5. request correction if personal data is incomplete or inaccurate;
  6. request erasure or destruction of personal data;
  7. request that third parties to whom data was transferred be notified of operations under sub-paragraphs (e) and (f);
  8. object to a result against them arising from analysis exclusively by automated systems;
  9. claim compensation for damage caused by unlawful processing of personal data.
